02 · Quotation Inputs

What We Need for a First Quote

A basic project brief is enough to start. Drawings help, but they are not required for the first review.

  • What information do you need for an initial elevator quotation?

Start with the project country, building type, product category, quantity, rated load if known, number of floors or stops and approximate travel height. If drawings are available, send them as well.

  • Can I request a quotation without drawings?

Yes. A basic project brief is enough for the first review. Additional dimensions can be confirmed later during technical coordination.

03 · Supply Scope

Complete Units, Components and OEM

JAFITA supports complete elevator systems, escalators, moving walks, accessibility products and individual components — including OEM discussions when quantity and branding scope allow.

  • Complete elevator systems
  • Escalators & moving walks
  • Accessibility products
  • Individual components
  • OEM / private-label review
  • International export since 2008
  • Destination-market standards
  • Certification confirmed per order

Certification scope should be confirmed before order finalization — it depends on country, product and specification.

04 · Spare Parts

Identify the Part Before You Order a Replacement

Compatibility is technical — not visual. Send clear references whenever possible.

01

Can you help identify a spare part?

Yes. Send the original part number, nameplate, equipment model, electrical data, dimensions and clear photographs whenever possible.

02

How do I know a part is compatible?

Check model, voltage, dimensions, connector arrangement and system interface. Appearance alone is not sufficient.

03

What to send with the request

Part number, nameplate photos, equipment model, electrical data and measured dimensions — the clearer the package, the faster the match.

05 · Existing Buildings

Addition and Modernization Questions

Both paths start from the real building — not from a catalogue page alone.

  • Can you support existing-building elevator projects?

Yes. Start by sending the building type, number of floors, proposed elevator location, approximate dimensions and site photos or drawings.

  • Can you support elevator modernization?

Yes. Begin with the existing elevator model, installation year, major components and the problem the customer wants to solve.

06 · After-Sales

What After-Sales Support Is Available?

Depending on the project and agreement, support may involve technical information, documentation, component identification, replacement parts and repeat-order coordination.

  • Technical information

Product data and configuration references linked to the installed equipment.

  • Documentation

Drawings, manuals or equipment records where available under the agreed scope.

  • Parts & repeat orders

Component identification, replacement parts and coordinated follow-on supply.
