01 · Landmark Projects
Selected References from Demanding Building Environments
Landmark projects are valuable only when the supplier’s role is described accurately. This page highlights a smaller number of well-documented references rather than a large collection of logos.
02 · Landmark Criteria
What Qualifies as a Landmark Reference?
JAFITA’s company portfolio presents references associated with major transportation facilities, universities, public venues, corporate environments and event-related projects in China, together with international project experience. A strong case should have several of the following:
- Recognizable building or facility
- Demanding operating environment
- Clear equipment category
- Verified quantity or technical parameters
- Defined JAFITA supply role
- Approved project photography
- Useful project story
The project name alone is not enough.
03 · Transportation Facilities
Transportation Facilities
Transportation environments can involve high passenger flow, long operating hours and strict project coordination.
Where verified, detailed cases should explain what equipment was supplied and what technical requirements shaped the solution.
04 · Universities & Institutions
Universities & Public Institutions
Educational and public-building references can demonstrate experience with complex stakeholders, public access and long-term building operation.
Detailed case pages should focus on the actual elevator scope rather than prestige language.
05 · Public & Event-Related
Major Public & Event-Related Facilities
The company brochure presents event-related and public-venue references. Because these projects attract attention, publication should be especially careful.
Be especially careful about:
- Project naming
- Supply scope
- Quantity
- Images
- Logo use
- Customer approval
Precision creates more trust than exaggerated association.
06 · International References
International Landmark References
For international projects, a smaller verified case can be more useful than a vague global claim. A strong overseas case should explain:
- Country
- Building type
- Product supplied
- Main technical challenge
- JAFITA’s supply role
- Delivery or coordination requirement
07 · Technical Reference
