Documents Follow Product and Support Scope

Not every contract includes the same installation pack. Product family, configuration options and the agreed support level determine what can be released.

When you request documents, state the product model, destination market and whether you need drawings only, shaft data, electrical interfaces or a fuller installation manual set. That keeps the package aligned with what was sold — and with what the site can actually build to.

Because elevator installations vary by model and project, the most useful installation documents are often tied to the confirmed equipment configuration.

Send the project reference or product model if you need a specific document. Generic files rarely answer a shaft or power question for the unit you ordered.
